PermaCorp Group of
Companies Inc. has acquired RAZORLINE the company including water
cutting operations and all production assets. In addition PermaCorp will be adding
full CNC punching capabilities to this division to service their expanded
manufacturing client base with a complete portfolio of forming, water cutting,
punching and powder coating services.
RAZORLINE
is an industry leader with tight tolerance capabilities to seven thousandths (.007)”
and can handle any material up to 8 inches thick with their high efficiency
processes.
Permacorp
will integrate production initiatives with existing PermaCorp Manufacturing and
Powder Coating Divisions and leverage these services to both existing and new
clients in Canada and Internationally. Our clients are challenging us with more
and more specialty product and design solutions, so we are very pleased to be
able to add RAZORLINE and expand our
product and service offering for these customized opportunities.
This
acquisition and manufacturing expansion strengthens our service package and will
position our divisions for new manufacturing partnerships and product diversifications
in the future.
